Cancellation Policy

1. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the total booking amount may be charged. This fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel within 8 hour(s) before the appointment: A fee of 100% of the total booking amount may apply.
• Cancel between 8 – 24 hour(s) before the appointment: A fee of 50% of the total booking amount may apply.
• Cancel between 24 – 36 hour(s) before the appointment: A fee of 25% of the total booking amount may apply.
• Cancel between 36 – 72 hour(s) before the appointment: A fee of 20% of the total booking amount may apply.
• Cancel between 72 – 240 hour(s) before the appointment: A fee of 10% of the total booking amount may apply.
• Cancel more than 240 hour(s) before the appointment: No fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed 1 hour(s) per booking, subject to availability.

General Terms

• All fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done via merchant app, phone, or email.
• Customers are responsible for notifying the merchant directly to avoid charges.
